Domestic Shipping

FREE Standard shipping for all full-price Australian orders over $400.

Shipping for orders under $400 will be calculated at checkout.

All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment received.

International Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery timeframe to international destinations will be calculated upon order confirmation.

Returns

We know you will love your MARAMIDI garments. If for some reason you have changed your mind, contact our returns team here to organise an exchange, or full refund.

You have 10 days to return your purchase to us in the condition you received it.

Our returns team assesses all returned garments to ensure the below conditions are met.

  • All tags must be attached.

  • The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and free from smells and stains, including make-up and fake tan.

  • The returns ribbon must be intact, must not have been removed, or tampered with in anyway. The returns ribbon must be free from marks and stains.

    Your request for return will be rejected if the above conditions are not met and the garment will be returned to you at your cost.

Once our returns team has approved your return, we will credit your original purchase method with a refund.

If you would like an exchange, please included a return postage satchel, otherwise we will contact you to arrange payment of postage before your new garment can be sent.

Faulty Items

MARAMIDI prides itself on quality. If you have an issue, or your purchase is faulty, we comply with all Australian legislation. Please contact us here - and we will guide you on the process to arrange a repair, replacement or refund according to Australian law.

Pre-order

What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is available for immediate shipment. This reserves the item for you in advance.

  1. Estimated Delivery Date
    Each pre-order item includes an estimated shipping date on the product page. Please note this is an estimate and may change due to production or shipping delays.

  2. Payment
    Payment is charged in full at the time of placing the pre-order to secure your item.

  3. Shipping
    Your order will ship as soon as the pre-order item becomes available. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will wait to ship package once all items are in stock. Please let us know if this does not suit you.

  4. Returns
    Our standard return policy applies to pre-order items unless otherwise stated on the product page. 10 day returns period begins from date pre-order item is shipped.

  5. Delays
    While we aim to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We will notify you of any significant changes.

  6. Limited Quantities
    Pre-order items are produced in limited runs. Ordering early is the best way to secure your size and style.
